Graduate Affairs Coordinator

Michaela provides administrative support for graduate student services.  She processes, tracks and maintains enrollment-related forms and data. She also verifies student enrollment status, degree progress, and reviews and approves dissertation and theses submissions for compliance with University guidelines.  Additionally, Michaela manages the Director’s calendar, manages communications relating to COGA awards, and maintains other office operations.
Michaela joined the COGA team in fall 2019. She is a Minnesota native and received her B.A. in Community and Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. She joined the team following previous work with a nonprofit organization based in Colorado, and continues to enjoy finding ways to support local communities. When she is not at work, you can normally find her spending time outdoors, playing with her dog, traveling, or trying a new recipe.
