Rachel Decorie

As the Governance, Awards, and Orientation Coordinator, Rachel provides support for all of the College’s governance processes related to curriculum, student policy, and awards.  Serving both graduate and undergraduate programs, Rachel is responsible for managing workflows within the Curriculum Information Management and Catalog Systems.  Rachel also provides support for the work of the College’s curricular and student policy committees (College Academic Council, the Committee on Graduate Studies, and the Committee on Undergraduate Studies & Advising).

Rachel joined COGA team in 2016. A Kansas native, she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas and Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Baker University.
