Additional Mental Wellness Resources
KU Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
CAPS provides one-on-one counseling services, as well as group therapy including a relationship group, a graduate women's group, dissertation distress/thesis torment group, mindfulness, and others.
KU Psychological Clinic
A training clinic operated by KU Department of Psychology and staffed by licensed clinical psychologists and graduate students. This clinic serves the KU and greater Lawrence area community by providing an array of high quality, affordable mental health services.

Bert Nash Community Health Center
Bert Nash is a community mental health center that provides individual and group therapy services, school-based services, psychiatric medication services, case management, homeless outreach, transitional housing, urgent care/crisis services, and more.
Health Education Resource Office (HERO)
The Health Education Resource Office provides services that support students in many different dimensions of wellness. They provide health education programming and coaching on topics such as stress reduction, self-management, nutrition, and sexual health and more.
